Want to get fit? Join Elizabeth Warner for a full body strength and cardio workout! Bootcamp-style workouts are excellent for cardio, strength and endurance and can be modified to accommodate many fitness levels. We'll use dumbbells, bands, and bodyweight for the ultimate burn. Bring water and a mat! We'll have some dumbbell options, but bring one set of dumbbells if you can. :) Each class is $10.
