Want to get fit? Join Elizabeth Warner for a full body strength and cardio workout! Bootcamp-style workouts are excellent for cardio, strength and endurance and can be modified to accommodate many fitness levels. We'll use dumbbells, bands, and bodyweight for the ultimate burn. We'll have some light dumbbell options (5s and 8s), but bring a set of heavier dumbbells if you'd like. :) And don't forget to bring water! Each class is $10.
