Our Building Better Birder series wraps up with a presentation on Iowa's backyard birds!
This workshop will consist of different informational segments.
Participants are free to come and go as they please and do not have to stay for the whole event.
The schedule for the day is as follows:
2-3:30 p.m. The Ultimate Winter Bird Survey: Summary of the First Ever Christmas Bird Count
3:30-4 p.m. Break
4-5:30 p.m. Introduction to Common Feeder Birds of Iowa
5:30-6 p.m. Bio Break
6-8 p.m. Evening Bird Hike
8-9 p.m. Kid's Bird Program (WCCB)
9-10 p.m. Owl Prowl

This workshop will be conducted by Kelly McKay (BioEco Research and Monitoring Center), with assistance from Mark Roberts (Clinton County Conservation), Brian Ritter & James Wiebler (Nahant Marsh Ed. Center).
