Family Holiday Card Making Event

Kids and families! Join us for a holiday card making event from 2-4pm in the Ottumwa Public Library meeting room. We will provide cardstock, stamps, pens, markers, stickers, and other materials to make holiday cards for your loved ones. Stop in and let your creativity flow!
