Holiday Hop and Gingerbread "House" Party

Join the American Gothic House Center and other Eldon locations on Saturday, December 7, for the 3rd annual Holiday Hop. The American Gothic House Center is a punch-card stop and will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with no admission cost. No costumes will be available during the special event.

Celebrate Grant Wood's painting Parson Weems Fable with us! The first 48 adults inside the museum gallery to see our newest exhibit will receive a 1 oz. jar of cherry preserves!

Children of all ages are invited to a FREE gingerbread “house” party that will be held inside the American Gothic House from 2-3:30 p.m. Activities are to be determined but all supplies will be provided for this event. Photos with Santa in front of an American Gothic House winter scene may be taken by participants. No preregistration is required. This is a come-and-go-as-you-please event.
