Good Nutrition on A Budget

Is it hard for you to make a healthy meal because its too expensive? Does grocery shopping stress you out? Does the thought of meal planning scare you? At this event we will talk about meal planning, pricing, writing a grocery list and sticking to it, and we will create a light meal to enjoy. Cost: $5/person
