NAMI Connection Support Group

NAMI Connection is a support group for adults living with mental health concerns. Participants learn from each other’s experiences, share coping strategies, and offer each other encouragement and understanding. NAMI Connection is free and confidential for any member of the community ages 18 and up. All support groups are peer-led by trained individuals with lived experience.
