Obtain your passport at South Ottumwa Savings Bank at 2525 N Court then proceed to other local businesses for coupons, snacks, or a chance to win a prize. Obtain 12 stamps and turn in your passport at the Sassy Sunflower for a chance to win prizes. Visit ALL participating businesses and double your chance of winning. Drawing will be held at 7:30PM at the Sassy Sunflower.
