Ottumwa Citywide Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration

The annual event recognizes Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and will feature several students from the Ottumwa Community School District, Ottumwa Area Community Chorus, Second Baptist Church, Indian Hills Community College Choir, and local city officials. The event will also feature Reverend Orlando Ray Dial who has spent his life serving his community both in the pulpit as a pastor and out of the pulpit as an educator. The theme for this year is: With Liberty and Justice for All.
