Outrun the Stigma 5K

Southern Iowa Mental Health Center is on a mission to "Outrun the Stigma" of mental health disorders. Join the fun and celebrate mental health awareness! This 5K fun run/walk will be held at Ottumwa Park and will begin at the Jimmy Jones Shelter on October 8, 2022!

Registration is $20! Registration includes one t-shirt and a goodie bag.

Pre-packet pick-up will be held on 10/7/22 from 5-6 PM at Southern Iowa Mental Health Center. Same day packet pick up and registration will start at 9:00 AM the day of the race. T-shirts will only be guaranteed for those who register BEFORE 10/1/22.

Can't make it to the fun run? No problem! We are offering the Outrun the Stigma Virtual 5K fun run again this year! Run, walk, or bike the race wherever and whenever! Registration is $25 and includes registration fee, t-shirt, goodie bag and bib that will be mailed to you!

Join us after the race for some music & fun! A local food vendor will be joining us to have food for purchase after the race! More information to come!
