Wapello County's Wildlife Weekend

Wapello County Conservation, Meet Ottumwa, and Bloom Pediatrics are teaming up for an exciting wildlife weekend! Join us at the Bridge View Center on Saturday, January 18, for a day filled with eagle-watching, presentations from Blank Park Zoo and Iowa Bird Rehabilitation, live animal encounters, and fun activities for all ages. 

8-10 a.m. Bird watching on the Des Moines River

9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Booths and kids' activities in the Main Lobby

10 a.m. Presentation by Iowa Bird Rehabilitation

11 a.m. Presentation by Ottumwa Public Library

12 p.m. Presentation by Blank Park Zoo's Animal Ambassadors

1:15 p.m. Presentation by Blank Park Zoo's Animal Ambassadors
