Wine Pairing Wednesday

Wine Pairing Wednesdays return January 10 from 5:30pm-8pm in the main lobby overlooking downtown Ottumwa and the Des Moines River! The social begins at 5:30pm with a cash bar available. Wine Pairing begins at 6:00pm. Please RSVP by 3pm Monday, January 8 by calling 641-684-7000.  $49.50 per person, pre-paid only, limited seating.

Course 1: Duck Confit Cassoulet: Rich duck confit, creamy cannellini beans, and sausage

Course 2: French Onion Soup

Course 3: Seared duck breast, herbed pearl barley risotto, kale, carrot, and blackberry port sauce

Course 4: Chocolate madeleines with spiced rum creme anglaise
