Wine Pairing Wednesday

Wine Pairing Wednesdays return February 9 from 6pm-8pm in the main lobby overlooking downtown Ottumwa and the Des Moines River! Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with a cash bar available. Please RSVP by 5 p.m. Monday, February 7 by calling 641-684-7000 or emailing mary@bridgeviewcenter.com. $35 per person, pre-paid only, limited seating.

Course 1 – Appetizer

• Heart-shaped Tomato Basil Bruschetta
• Wine sample:  Antinori Le Mastrelle

Course 2 – Salad

• Cranberry Orange Quinoa Salad
• Wine sample:  Robert Mondavi Sauvignon Blanc

Course 3 – Entrée

• Beef Medallions with a Black Cherry Brandy Compote served with Spaghetti Squash roasted with Olive Oil, Salt, and Pepper
• Wine sample:  Robert Mondavi Cabernet Sauvignon

Course 4 – Dessert

• Berry Baklava with Crème Fresca
• Wine sample:  Banfi Moscato Asti
