IowaWORKS Ottumwa and Employer's Council of Iowa are partnering on a Women in Leadership panel, Wednesday March 29th. Hear from dynamic leaders Linda Rouse, Noel Gorden and Amber Pargmann on a variety of leadership topics and come prepared with your own questions!
