As summer winds down, it's time to start looking ahead to the vibrant entertainment lineup waiting for you this fall at Ottumwa's Bridge View Center. Get ready to immerse yourself in a diverse array of arts and performances!
In August, Bridge View Center is heating up with four exciting shows. On August 17th, catch a powerhouse metal show featuring four of Iowa's top metal acts from the past two decades: 12 Days Silent, The War I Survived, Green Death, and Painface with original Slipknot vocalist Anders Colsefni. Then on August 24th, catch country singer and comedian Cledus T. Judd in the Bridge View Center theater. Looking for something more intimate? Don't miss one of their free Acoustic Friday shows out on the patio featuring Jonas Magram and Tom Shadonix.
September at Bridge View Center is packed with excitement! Wrestling enthusiasts should mark their calendars for Bridge City Slam VI on September 7th, featuring stars like hall of famer Jake "The Snake" Roberts. September 12th, 13th, and 14th will have three incredible back to back shows with acapella country group Home Free, Bohemian Queen celebrating 50 years of Queen, and a dinner and pops concert with the Southeast Iowa Symphony Orchestra. Wrapping up the month, catch country legends Lonestar on the 20th, Taylor Shines - The Laser Spectacular on the 28th, and the Ottumwa Civic Music Associations Legendary Ladies of Country show with Lisa Brokop on the 30th.
In October, Bridge View Center offers a diverse lineup of entertainment. Kick off the month with Halloweenapalooza on the 11th and 12th with two days of horror film fun. On the 13th, immerse yourself in the brilliance of Beethoven's 5th Symphony performed by the Southeast Iowa Symphony Orchestra. Relive the magic of the Beatles on the 19th with Liverpool Legends. Finally, wrap up the month on the 28th with Piano Men: Generations, a tribute to the music of Billy Joel and Elton John.
November offers more than just Thanksgiving in Ottumwa. On the 2nd, catch the Southeast Iowa Symphony Orchestra's Kidsymphony in the morning, followed by an evening performance by Broadway star Jeremy Stolle presented by the Ottumwa Civic Music Association. Then on November 10th, enjoy a show by country music star Craig Morgan.
